The breakfast was very tasty and included coffee, cereals, pastries, and yogurt. Liked our rooms with great views. The location was PERFECT and favourable, close to a metro station.

The room had great views, and the bed was comfy. the hotel is in the perfect location, close to rooftop gardens, old town shops, nightlife, underground stations, and central areas of Naples.

The location was amazing, in the heart of the city. I truly enjoyed guest room with great views. All of the staff was very very nice and welcoming.

Wi-Fi was very spotty tbh and there was a bit hard bed in my room.

The highlight of my stay at Come D'Incanto A Napoli was definitely the rooftop terrace. I had the chance to enjoy breakfast with a stunning view of the city, and it would have been the perfect spot for evening drinks if I had known to let the owner know in advance. Another positive point was the convenient location, just a few streets away from the metro station and close to Piazza Bellini. The room itself was modern and had electric metal blinds, which helped to block out the noise from the busy street below. The continental breakfast provided was satisfying, although I would have appreciated some fresh fruit. the staff was pleasant and helpful, which made my stay more enjoyable.

A hidden gem in the heart of the city, with a lovely rooftop terrace and a delicious breakfast buffet. Perfect for those who enjoy shopping and exploring the historic center.

Oh, and let's not forget the intermittent WiFi. It's such a thrill to see if I can access the internet each time I try.

our stay at this B&B in Naples was absolutely wonderful - from the warm welcome to the beautiful neapolitan balcony in our room, everything exceeded our expectations. The rooftop garden was a dreamy spot for breakfast. The owner was so helpful and even organized a taxi for our airport transfer. We will definitely be back!

Language barrier made communication difficult.

Great location in the heart of the city with easy access to famous attractions. The view from the rooftop terrace was breathtaking, especially at night with all the lights.

The apartment seemed a bit worn out and could use some updating. The mattress and pillows were too firm for my liking, making it difficult to fall asleep.

The location of the hotel is superb, situated in the heart of the old town. Guests can easily explore the historic part of the city and visit famous landmarks nearby. the hotel offers a beautiful rooftop garden where guests can enjoy stunning views of the city.

Although the hotel provides excellent service, it does not accept credit card payments.

I chose Come D'Incanto A Napoli for its convenient location near the Naples Cathedral. I wanted to visit this landmark and the hotel's proximity made it easy for me. Additionally, the daily housekeeping service exceeded my expectations. The room was always clean and tidy, providing a comfortable stay.
